To be eligible, the item you purchased, must be returned within 30 calendar days from the day you received it; must be in the original packaging; you must answer our questionnaire on the reason you are returning the item(s). You must send us your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item; that we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be refunded the cost of the products that you purchased.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item (s). Shipping costs are non refundable.
